I help people and causes harness media and communication to drive change. I’m passionate about advancing social, racial and climate justice and improving public health and health equity.

My experience includes government, political and nonprofit organizations. I focus on strategic communication, writing, media relations, public policy and advocacy.

I currently live in Minneapolis, Minnesota and enjoy gardening and spending time with my family and rescue dog.
